Samsung Launch Event

How Netbina is creating an immersive customer experience for Samsung’s Iranian audience

On January 14th, Netbina live streamed Samsung’s 2021 Galaxy Launch event on Samsung Iran’s Instagram page with simultaneous interpretation for the Iranian audience. Tens of thousands of Iranians tuned in to watch the livestream. In its global launch, Samsung revealed its latest smartphone in the Galaxy series, Samsung Galaxy S21, along with Galaxy Buds Pro and Samsung Tag Plus, with the slogan “Welcome to the Everyday Epic.”

The epic product calls for an epic launch. Weeks ahead of the launch event, we started a teaser campaign to engage Samsung’s audience in Iran and invite them to enjoy Samsung’s Global livestream in Persian. We created content to promote the event on various social media platforms, designed digital banners, and encouraged Samsung fans to sign up for the big reveal, “Galaxy Unpacked.”

This was not the first time that Netbina ran a pre-launch campaign followed by a Persian livestream event for Samsung’s audience. Netbina strives to provide an immersive experience for its clients’ audience, making sure that their message hits home.

“In 2021, there’s already fierce competition between brands on product features. So, what counts is how the product is presented to the audience at the launch event. I think each product has got something quite unique to it that we need to communicate to the audience, quick and simple. We need to connect brands and their local audience so that they are able to feel the product in their own lives.”
Alireza Arabi, Netbina Creative Team

The livestream was viewed more than 60,000 times on Samsung Iran’s Instagram page. We concluded the special event with a survey on Samsung’s latest products and received great feedback.
