Pril’s Appreciation: Mother’s Day

As part of its yearly plan, Pril asked us to run an appreciation campaign to celebrate Mother’s Day in Iran and show gratitude to mothers.

Appreciation is an important part of Pril’s narrative. Netbina has run successful appreciation campaigns for Pril before, expressing Pril’s gratitude for its audience and encouraging the audience to express their gratitude for their loved ones at the same time.

We invited Shiva Nosrati, a well-liked Instagram influencer, to work with us at the core of the campaign. Together with her, we created an emotional IGTV video in which Shiva prepares a meal to send to her mother as a surprise. The video was accompanied by a contest for Mother’s Day.

“When someone asks me to whom I am most grateful, my mom is the first person that comes to my mind. What does the word mother mean to you?”, wrote Shiva on her page. Shiva’s mother also appeared in the video, making for an authentic feel.

 

Other influencers also joined the campaign, promoting the campaign and contest via Instagram stories, inviting their followers to join Pril in delivering a big thanks to mothers all over the country.

Pril’s one-week celebration from February 3rd to 11th made a great impact. The video was viewed over 500,000 times, and Pril’s Instagram page saw a growth of over 3000 followers. Nearly 4000 of the viewers saved and shared the video, showing just how much they could connect with it. They sent it to their mothers, friends, and family, spreading Pril’s message.

Pril’s yearly appreciation campaigns attempt to add meaning to their audience’s lives, highlighting the value of gratitude. Our creative and production teams worked to create content emphasizing real human connection.
