Senior UI Designer
Who you are:
You are passionate about design and creating a unique user experience through your visual design skills. You are an excellent problem solver and able to cooperate cross-functionally with teams of product managers, UX designers, engineers, digital marketers, and data scientists. You are experienced and confident in presenting design ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
You are fluent in visual designs and are experienced in UI UX best practices.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and can deliver projects under minimal supervision. Your designs must follow a clear rationale and logic.

What we expect you to do:
- Work cross functionally with other teams to define and present high end UI designs
- Continuously produce and provide UI designs for multiple platforms (mobile, desktop, tablet)
- Ensure production won’t be interrupted because of UI design bottlenecks
- Work closely with product managers and UX team to turn ideas into modern UI designs
- Optimize current and previous designs through testing and customer feedback
- Proactively prepare prototypes, wireframes, and present them in design sprints
- Deliver screen ready designs for implementation, including well-thought variations, transitions, feedback.
- Actively align designs with company and customer’s business objectives
What qualities you bring to the table:
- At least 3 years of experience in UI design for apps and websites
- Expert knowledge of UI best practices and trends in both design and technology
- Advanced knowledge and experience of working with Figma, XD, Sketch, and Zeplin
- Fluency in responsive design
- Excellent presentation skills to present UI designs to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Working knowledge of English language
- Plus: experience designing for AI/ML/NLP products
