Creative Executive

Netbina is looking for a Creative Executive with the following qualifications:

To design and drive social media campaigns for clients
Give input and creative direction for photo and video shoot.
work closely with production team to keep the projects on schedule and see projects through completion in a timely manner.
work with copywriter to assure tone is consistent with creative direction.
Effective participant in brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.

Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of the creative process from concept to execution.
Management skills including strategic planning, budgeting and creative solutions.
Proven ability to communicate plans across a complex matrix on a corporate and functional basis.
Experience initiating and driving the ideation process contributing meaningful, innovative strategies to the business at concept stage.
High aptitude for creative thinking.
Ability to understand market trends, customer needs and competitive intelligence data
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to support or defend a position or idea in a clear, concise and persuasive manner
Comfortable managing through change and working in a fast-paced environment
